Moving & Shipping from Crete to Europe and Cyprus
Germany, France, England, Spain, Italy — and Cyprus. The European routes carry students' boxes, whole households and a great deal of family olive oil. They are also the simplest routes we run.
Road Groupage, Door to Door
Shipments leave Heraklion by ferry and continue by truck across the mainland, sharing vehicle space and cost with other consignments. Furniture, boxes, whole households — priced by the space they occupy, delivered to the door.
No Customs Inside the EU
Between Greece and other EU countries goods move freely: no customs clearance, no duties on your own belongings. The United Kingdom is the exception since Brexit — shipments there need export declarations, which we prepare.
Cyprus
Cyprus is served by sea via Limassol. It is EU territory, so household goods and Cretan products travel there without customs duties, and our agents deliver to the door.
Small Shipments Welcome
A student's boxes, a care package of oil and rusks, a single piece of furniture — the European routes make small shipments affordable precisely because they share the truck.
Common Questions
How long does delivery inside Europe take?
It depends on the destination and the departure schedule — the honest range is days to a few weeks, and you get a concrete window with your quote.
Can you deliver to a village, not just a city?
Door-to-door means your door. A remote address may add a step, but delivery is to the address, not to a depot.
Do I pay customs on gifts to family in Germany?
No. Inside the EU there are no customs duties on personal shipments.
